Stochastic Models in Probability and Statistics (SMPS) promotes the global exchange of knowledge on a non-commercial basis. Authors retain full copyright to their work and are not required to transfer it to the journal. Consequently, all research articles accepted and published by SMPS are made immediately and freely available online for reading, downloading, and sharing, without any subscription fees or registration barriers.
